HomeCare acts as a platform connecting users with third-party service professionals. While we standardize training and quality, the final service delivery is a contract between you and the professional. Rescheduling must be done at least 4 hours prior to the slot to avoid convenience fees.

3. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed through secure encrypted gateways. Prices are subject to change based on the specific requirements of the job. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days depending on the nature of the cancellation and the progress of the service.

Users are expected to provide a safe and professional environment for our partners. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or unsafe working conditions will result in immediate termination of the service and a permanent ban from the HomeCare platform.

5. Limitation of Liability
HomeCare's liability for any service-related issues is limited to the total amount paid for that specific service. We provide insurance coverage for documented damages caused directly by a service professional during the performance of the task.
